"Even if the mountains were to crumble and the hills disappear, my heart of steadfast faithful love, will never leave you, and my covenant of peace with you will never be shaken, my love and compassion will never give up on you."
Isaiah 54:10
From Open Streets in Minneapolis to community meals, Red Cross blood drives, bonfires, rummage sales, bingo and books studies, we enjoy fostering connections with our community and each other.
We have a variety of book studies and groups that meet throughout the year. From social justice topics to personal development. We seek to understand who our neighbors are and where God calls us to serve.
We identify in the ELCA, and offer worship service at 9:45 am every Sunday. Communion is on the first and third Sunday of the month. We have a mix of contemporary liturgy and music to traditional.
We foster faith formation for our youth through Sunday School and Youth & Confirmation group. Along with service projects and other opportunities throughout the year.
On the 2nd Wednesday of each month, we gather and share a meal at 6 pm followed by stories, songs, and space with each other as a community at 7 pm. This is a free event.
AA and NA support groups run Tuesday – Friday. Please contact the church office with meeting times and information.
We are seeking to learn from the world and neighborhood around us. We are continuously learning how we can be a more inclusive & thoughtful church, and how newcomers can know that we celebrate God’s love for all people.
We have a lot of pride and love for our community, we are not perfect, but we are always seeking to learn, and understand how we can be better stewards to creation and each other.
